Hey, you are reading TimeGraceSpace. If you enjoy today’s article, feel free to share it, or become a supporter, it helps a lot. Now let’s begin.
When I first started out developing my mediumship and intuitive skills, I really thought I was losing my mind. I didn’t know what was real, what was my subconcious, and what was me feeding off of another person’s energy. I needed to know how to streamline the information I was receiving so that it made sense, and I needed to know how to turn my abilities “on and off” so I was not exhausted all of the time. These books helped quite a bit. I didn’t follow all of them to the letter, but I used what felt best to me (you know, followed my intuition lol).
If you need to choose, I would pick one of the first two to start. Signs is especially helpful if you are trying to figure out how to communicate with someone who has passed. Laura Lynn Jackson is a very accomplished researcher as well as a medium, and if you’ve followed me for awhile, you know I’m all about that evidence! She uses her own practice for examples.
Laura Day’s book Practical Intuition is the book I would choose if you are looking for actionable steps to improve your skillset. I go back and do exercises from the book quite a bit to sharpen my skills. It’s a book you can use whether your’re trying communicate with a loved one, or if you want to know if you need to look for a new job. It pretty much covers it all. Ha!
